How do I place an order?
- Browse products by category or search for your desired item
- Select product options (size, color, quantity, etc.)
- Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping details and complete payment
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders can be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped
- Once shipped, you may need to request a return instead

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco, Uganda, and mortuaries.
How long does delivery take?

- Express delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

What is your return policy?
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
How do I request a refund?
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the order you want to return
- Click Request Return/Refund
- Follow the instructions
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

- Register an account on ServeAfri
- Apply as a vendor through your dashboard
- Submit required business details for verification
What can I sell?
You can list products across multiple categories such as:

How do I manage orders?
Sellers can manage orders, inventory, and customers directly from their Vendor Dashboard.

How do I create an account?
Click on Sign Up and provide your basic details. You can also register using your email or mobile number.
I forgot my password—what should I do?
Click on Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it securely.
